The IBPS Clerk Examination is one of the most attended examination in India. Each year, more than 2 crore candidates sit for this examination with a view to get a job under the Government. The initial process of IBPS Clerk exam is to make an online application for registration. Only those candidates who have registered themselves for this exam in beforehand can sit for this exam.

What is the requirement of filing IBPS Clerk Examination Online Application form?
As a candidate you are required to posses the following at the time of making an online application:
- A scanned color passport photograph of the candidate with dimension 200 x 230 pixels. The file size of the scanned photo should not exceed 50 kb.
- A scanned signature of the candidate with dimension 140 x 60 pixels. The file size of the scanned signature should not exceed 20 kb.
- An online payment facility- Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, etc. (Optional)
How to fill IBPS Clerk Application Form 2016
If you have the right knowledge, then it would take only minutes to fill up the online application form of IBPS Clerk Exam 2016. Following the below mentioned steps will make things easier for you.
Step- 1 Visit the respective site
Open your internet browser and type the web address mentioned in the first line of this article.
Step- 2 Choose CWE Clerical
Once the website has opened, see the left hand sidebar where various options would be available. Click on the tab which says ‘CWE Clerical’ (most of the times it is 7 th from the top.)
Step 3- Choose the exam for which you wish to register
The click would redirect you to a new page, where you would find various links. Choose the exam for which you wish to appear.
Step 4- Choose the link which says ‘Apply Online’
The page may contain several links. Go through them carefully and look for the option which says ‘Apply Online’
Step 5- Click on New Registration
This is the ultimate window which will take you to the online application form. On the top right hand side you can see a big yellow box which says “Click here for New Registration”
Step 6- Fill up the Online Application
As soon as you click on the aforesaid option, you get the option to register online. The whole process is divided into 5 phases. These include basic information, photo and signature, details, preview and payment.
As soon as you are done with payment, you will have a user ID and password for future references.
