Nationality: The candidates should be an Indian citizen with valid address and identity proof. These will be required both during the application and during the interview and selection procedures.

Age Limit : Maximum age for appearing in this examination is 28 years and minimum age is 20 years. Those born between 1 st of May 1994 and 2 nd may 1986 are eligible applicants (both dates are inclusive). Age relaxation is subject to government rules.

Disabled and Retired Servicemen 3 Years for retired servicemen, 8 Years for ex-servicemen from ST/SC (Maximum age is 50 years)
Divorced Women, Widows and Separated and not married (Subject to judicial restrictions) 9 Years (In this case maximum age limit should be 38 Years (OBC), 35 years (General) and 40 Years (ST/SC)

Educational Qualifications: Recognised university graduates or candidates having equivalent qualifications affiliated by state or central government are eligible for applications. Final year graduates are also eligible provided they pass their final exams and produce proof during the time of interview. The last date for passing the final examination is 31 st August 2014.

Computer Literacy : Applicants need to be computer literate and computer training certificates will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge such as knowledge in MS Office, Internet, etc., will serve as a boon.

Language : Candidates should be proficient in English as well as Local language where the candidate has applied. No allowance is applicable in such respect.

Note: Candidates with distance courses are not eligible to apply.
