Military Nursing Services is also known as MNS comes under the Armed Forces of India. They have issued a recruitment notification 2012 for the recruitment of commissioned officers who has passed the following eligibility criteria. Name & No. of Post

The Military Nursing Service (MNS) is announcing a qualified opportunity to pick out total number of Two Hundred (200) female candidates having a good scholarly record as the position of Commissioned officers.

Minimum Age Limit/Experience and Qualification

Candidates having degree of Post-graduation /PB B Sc/B.Sc in the discipline of nursing with registration under state nursing council will be eligible. Candidates who born in between 7th March, 1978 to 31st Dec, 1992 are need to apply. Medical fitness of candidates is also one of the eligibility, so see official advertisement which is given below for more details regarding eligibility.

Application Form

Interested candidates are liable to type the application Performa (Which prescribed below in official advertisement) on A4 size paper. Fill it with required individual details, paste one recent passport sized attested photograph, enclose photo copies of following certificates in support of matriculation, qualification record, nursing registration, NCC certificates, Character, residence and two self-addressed envelope. Applications will be summary rejected after due dates. So, candidates are advised to send their duly filled application in advance from 26th November, 2012.

Selection Process

Firstly the names of candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance given in the earlier education career. After that, only qualified candidates are needs to attend the common competitive written test followed by personal interview . Final step of selection will be the medical examination.

Important instructions

• The total selection process may take three “or” four days.
• The appointment is only for female candidates.
• Application fee should be submitted through the demand draft only.
• The office of Army has not been responsible for any types of postal delay “or” loss of applications.
• Candidates are liable to take the railway fare for attend the selection tests.
• Application fee will not be refundable “or” adjustable at any situation.
• Please give only correct personal information on the application form.
• The decision of Army management committee will be final in all respect, no one can challenge it.
