Selection procedure

There will be online test and then interview. Only selected candidates passed in the written online exam will be called for the interview.

Exam Pattern

There is very common exam pattern of all the competitive exams like 2 hours duration, objective type, and multiple choice questions.  The qualification marks for the interview is to obtain passing marks in each paper separately and aggregate on both papers. The LIC will decide the minimum passing marks and calculation of aggregate marks in both the papers later.

LIC ADO Exam Syllabus

The syllabus of LIC ADO Recruitment Exam 2014 is as follows. There will be two papers which contain the following topics.

  • The first paper for the exam is of test of Reasoning and Numerical Ability.
  • The second paper for the exam is English Language, General Knowledge and Current affairs.
