These additional posts are to be filled by the authority as per the number of the reception of the applications and the requirement of the applicants in the court. Candidates must have necessary requirement that are as below so that candidates can ensure that they are eligible for the post. Here are the requirements:

Age Limit: Age of the candidates is lay down to be as lower age limit 18 years and upper age limit 45 years which will be considered by the authority on the date 31st July 2013.

Himachal Pradesh High Court Recruitment 2013 Educational Qualification:

Stenographer: For the post candidates will be considered eligible only if the candidates are Graduate. Also with this required qualification candidate must had pass English Stenography test. The candidates should also need 110 words per minutes speed. the speed of 110 words per minutes to be transcribed within a phase of  five times the period taken to dictate and typing test which will commence at the speed of 40 words per minute.

Scale Stenographer: Candidates for the post are required to have the minimum speed in short hand with the 100 words per minute and typing is must required with the 30 words per minute. The substance that will be thoroughly dictated in short hand is required to be transcribed within a period five times the time taken to dictate. Candidates could also be approved or permitted with the relaxation in the speed by the 10% by the Chief Justice.

How to apply: Candidates can apply of the post by duly submission of the application form which is as prescribed by the authority with should be accompanied with the attested copies of all the necessary documentations to the Registry of the High Court.

Essential documents are as mentioned below:

  1. Caste certificate of the candidate under the reserved category i.e. SC, ST or any of the other backward category under a suitable format.
  2. Educational certificates of the candidates along with the required mark sheets.
  3. Experience certificate of the candidate.
  4. Evidence to the identification of the age and the photo of the candidates.
  5. Residential certificate etc.

Important date: 31st July 2013 is the date by which the applications must reach authority. Application that would be incomplete would not be accepted by the authority at any cost.
